Our Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Klo & Co. Studio pieces! If you aren't completely happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs typically range from $5 to $15 depending on your location and are covered by the customer.
• Processing: Once we receive your item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
• Custom Orders: Because custom engraved pieces are made especially for you, they can only be returned if we made an error.
