Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we must cancel your order, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will always pay the exact price displayed at checkout.

Shipping Liability: Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Klo & Co. Studio is no longer responsible for lost or stolen transit items.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or fulfillment failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters or supply chain disruptions.
Governing Law: These terms and any disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.
